Who we are
SHERPA INTELLIGENCE PTY LTD (ABN 48 703 708 552) runs sherpaintelligence.com.au. This policy covers the website. We will publish an updated policy covering our software before it launches.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect:
- your name, business name and email address
- your phone number and message, if you choose to give them
Our website host may also record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to tell you about SHERPA if you asked us to. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and our website host (Vercel), and may be emailed to our team through Google Workspace. These providers may store data outside Australia.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@sherpaintelligence.com.au. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
